Garages and cable tv are included in the rent. All apartments are two bedroom and most have two bathrooms. A few have one bath but more storage area.

Country Estates also have townhouses that have 1,060 square
feet and feature large attached garages.

Northview Estates are located on north Kimball Street, just north of Shopko and Randalls and just across the street from Mitchell Medical Center. Each apartment has over 1,050 square feet plus balconies. Garages and cable TV are included in the rent. All apartments are two bedrooms and most have two bathrooms. Super Center Apartments are located at 1701 North Main Street, right behind Burger King. They have a few one bedroom and a few three bedroom apartments. Most are two bedroom units. Heat, water and garbage are included. Car plugins are available. We stay 95% full because our resident manager tries to keep it clean and quiet and we are reasonably priced.
