While most are two bedroom units, there a few one bedroom and a few three bedroom apartments. Ranging from $350 per month to $475 per month. Heat, water, sewer and garbage are included. Refrigerator and stove included in each unit. Car plug-ins are available. We stay 95% full because our resident manager keeps it clean and quiet, plus we are reasonably priced! Playground available.
